WHO WE ARE
GFD Finanzkommunikation is one of Germany's leading financial communications consulting firms. We offer our clients the full range of financial communications services. Whether it be traditional public relations, investor relations, crisis communications, corporate publishing or digital communications, we are problem-solvers across all channels of communication.
Formed in 1995 GFD Finanzkommunikation is a member of Team Farner since June 2023. Our team of four partners and nearly 20-strong staff serve our clients from our offices in Frankfurt and Munich.
Effective financial communications is predicated on an extensive network covering all of the relevant target groups: the media, influencers, bloggers, capital markets experts and professional associations. Most of our team can look back on many years of experience working as financial journalists, for investors or as corporate communications managers. GFD works closely with such industry associations as the Bundesverband Alternative Investments (BAI), Bundesverband Investment und Asset Management (BVI), Deutscher Investor Relations Kreis (DIRK) and the European Finance Forum (eff).
GFD also organises Hedgework, a monthly networking event for the alternative investment scene in Frankfurt, and the Women in Investor Relations (WIR) network.

OUR EVENTS
You can't communicate effectively without an extensive network at your fingertips. We established Hedgework in 2004. Hedgework is series of regular events in the heart of Frankfurt where players from the alternative investment scene can exchange ideas. It's an ideal opportunity for anyone and everyone interested in alternative investments to attend lectures given by the industry's top experts, to stay abreast of the latest developments and, above all, to network.
